Consultations and appointments

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a consultation begins the scheduling process. Your service appointment is confirmed once we agree on the work, date, and time.

Please provide accurate contact information and details about your vehicle and the services you’re requesting.

Estimates and service approval

Estimates based on photographs or descriptions may require an in-person inspection. Pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and the work requested.

We will confirm the scope and price with you before starting. Additional services or price changes require your approval before we perform the affected work.

Services and expected results

Detailing results depend on your vehicle’s condition, age, materials, and previous repairs. Some stains, odors, scratches, and other imperfections may remain after treatment.

Paint correction and ceramic coating are included only when expressly listed in your approved service. We will discuss expected improvements and any relevant limitations before proceeding.

Vehicle preparation

Please remove valuables and personal belongings before drop-off. Let us know about existing damage, loose components, aftermarket modifications, wraps, fresh paint, or other conditions that could affect service.

By approving work, you confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner’s permission to authorize it.

Payment and promotions

We will communicate payment requirements, applicable taxes, and any required deposit before you commit to a service.

Promotions apply to the services and conditions described in the offer. Any additional work requires a separate agreement.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Any deposit conditions or cancellation fees will be disclosed before booking.

If we need to reschedule your service, we will contact you directly to arrange another time.

Photos and privacy

Photos submitted with an inquiry may be used to assess your vehicle and prepare an estimate. We will ask for permission before using identifiable photos of your vehicle for marketing.
